Before & After

Three common scenarios — a repair, a resurface, and a full replacement — with the work we did on each.

Before

Cracked Driveway, Queen Creek

Ten-year-old residential driveway. Two long surface cracks running through control joints, spalling at the street apron, sun-bleached and dusty.

After

Saw-Cut Repair, Resealed

Cracks routed and filled with a flexible polyurea. Settled apron section saw-cut and re-poured to match. Whole driveway pressure-washed and sealed. Two days from start to driveable.

Before

Worn Stamped Patio, San Tan Valley

Original stamped slate patio from the mid-2000s. Surface color faded to a flat gray, joint detail nearly invisible, sealer long gone. Slab itself sound.

After

Resurfaced and Re-Stamped

Cleaned, etched, and overlaid with a stampable mortar. New seamless slate pattern impressed over the existing footprint. Charcoal release, two-tone stain, fresh solvent-based sealer.

Before

Failed Slab, Apache Junction

Detached-garage slab heaved at the centerline and split corner-to-corner. Subgrade had never been compacted properly. Owner had patched it twice; both patches failed inside a year.

After

Full Tear-Out and Replace

Old slab broken out and hauled off. Subgrade re-graded, compacted, and proof-rolled. New 5″ reinforced pour with proper control joints. Sealed once cured. Three-day job, one-time fix.
