Why we publish ranges

What you'll pay depends on the slab — not the salesperson.

Every concrete project in San Tan Valley is priced by four things: size, finish, prep, and access. A 10x10 broom-finish patio and a 16x20 stamped patio are different jobs at different prices, and the only way to know your number is to walk the site. The ranges below come straight from our own cost guides for driveways and patios, so you can budget honestly before the first phone call.

Price ranges by service

Local 2026 pricing for the six services we install most. Each row is a typical range — your exact quote depends on the factors below.

01

Concrete Driveways

$6 – $14 / sq ft. Basic broom finish runs $6 – $9. Reinforced mid-range $9 – $12. Stamped or decorative $12 – $18+. A standard 600 sq ft two-car driveway typically lands between $3,600 and $10,000+. Depends on: thickness (4" vs. 5–6" for RVs and trucks), rebar or mesh reinforcement, and existing slab removal.

02

Concrete Patios

$6 – $12 / sq ft for a standard broom-finish patio. A 10x10 runs $600 – $1,200; a 12x16 runs $1,150 – $2,300; a 16x20 runs $1,900 – $3,800. Depends on: site grading, decorative borders, and whether sealing is included.

03

Stamped Concrete

$12 – $20+ / sq ft. Typically double the price of basic concrete because of specialized stamping tools, integral color, additional labor, and sealing. A 12x16 stamped patio commonly runs $2,300 – $4,800; a 16x20 runs $3,800 – $8,000. Depends on: pattern complexity (stone, brick, tile, wood), color count, and border treatments.

04

Sidewalks & Walkways

Quoted per linear foot. Pricing follows the same $/sq ft logic as patios for standard broom finish, with savings available when combined with a driveway or patio pour on the same trip. Depends on: width, length, edging, and whether the path requires excavation through existing landscaping.

05

Foundations & Slabs

Quoted by scope. Shed pads, garage slabs, room additions, and equipment pads — priced by thickness, reinforcement, and structural engineering requirements. Depends on: slab thickness (4" residential vs. 6"+ for heavier loads), rebar grid spec, vapor barrier, and any permit or engineered drawing requirements.

06

Concrete Repair & Resurfacing

Demolition: $2 – $6 / sq ft. Crack repair, resurfacing, and slab removal priced by scope. Depends on: severity (hairline crack vs. structural separation), whether the failure is drainage-related, and whether resurfacing is feasible or full replacement is needed.

What drives the number

Five factors decide your final price.

Size. The biggest single variable. More square footage means more concrete, more labor, more prep. Larger projects often run slightly lower per square foot because setup costs spread across a bigger pour.

Finish. Broom finish is the baseline. Exposed aggregate sits in the middle. Stamped concrete — designed to mimic stone, brick, tile, or wood — costs roughly double because of specialized tools, additional labor, and the color and sealing that come standard with it.

Poor prep work is the single biggest cause of cracking and settling.

Site preparation. Before a single pour, the ground may need excavation, grass and old concrete removed, grading to level, and base compaction. In San Tan Valley's shifting soils and summer heat, this phase is what decides whether your slab holds for twenty years or fails in five.

Thickness and reinforcement. Most residential slabs are 4" thick. RV pads, truck driveways, and equipment slabs often need 5–6" with rebar or wire mesh. More durability, more cost.

Access. Narrow side yards, gated backyards, no direct truck access, slopes — anywhere we have to wheelbarrow instead of pour direct — adds labor hours and shows up in the bid.

Pricing FAQs

What's the payment schedule?

Payment terms are set in writing before work begins and are tailored to the size of the project. For most residential pours, that means a deposit at scheduling and the balance on completion. Larger jobs may be broken into a deposit, a milestone payment after the prep and form work, and a final payment after the pour cures. Exact terms are on every written quote — no surprises.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit secures your spot on the schedule and covers initial materials. The amount depends on project size and is stated on your written quote. For a typical residential patio or driveway, expect a percentage of the total — never the full amount up front.

Do you price-match other quotes?

We don't price-match line-for-line, because the cheapest quote is rarely the best value. Improper installation in San Tan Valley's soil and heat leads to cracking, settling, and drainage failures that cost far more to fix than doing it right the first time. What we will do is walk you through our quote in detail so you can see exactly what's included, what isn't, and where another bid may be skipping prep or reinforcement to hit a lower number.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options vary by project size and current promotions. Ask during your site visit — we'll point you to the options that fit your scope and timeline rather than push a single program.

What's actually included in the quote?

Every written quote spells out labor, concrete materials, basic finishing, and standard installation. Items that may or may not be included — depending on your site — are demolition of existing concrete, grading, drainage work, decorative borders, and sealing on stamped or decorative finishes. We list each one separately so you can see the full picture before you sign.
