Site evaluation

Walk the site, review soils, check existing drainage and grade, identify utility conflicts, and confirm access for trucks and pumps. Before a number goes on paper.

Bid & spec review

Read every page of the structural and civil drawings. Confirm PSI, slump, reinforcement, joint layout, and finish spec. Bid reflects the actual scope — not an estimate we adjust later.

Permits

Pull the permits San Tan Valley and Pinal County require for the scope. Coordinate inspection windows before mobilization so nothing waits on paperwork.

Schedule coordination

Lock in pour dates with the GC, concurrent trades, inspectors, and the ready-mix supplier. Buffer days built in for Arizona weather windows.

Install

Subgrade compaction, formwork, rebar placement, vapor barrier where specified, pour, finish, cure. Photo documentation of every phase before it's covered.

Final inspection

Walk the install with the inspector, the GC, and the owner. Punch list closed before demob. Documented cure schedule handed off with the final invoice.
